During this session we will explore four themes that relate to our cultivation and embodiment of coherence and our potential for collective thriving. These themes are: Listening, Resistance, Purpose and Choice. This council of women will offer practical information and guidance that you can apply in the heart of your daily life.

Kimberly Carter Gamble Produced, Directed and Co-Wrote THRIVE: What On Earth Will It Take? and THRIVE II: This Is What It Takes. Kimberly is Founder and CEO of Clear Compass Media, Thrive Movement International and ThriveOn. All of her work is designed to help up-level people’s sense of what is possible so that they stop settling for less. Toward that end, she focuses on breakthrough innovations and technologies that empower people and heal themselves and the planet in unprecedented ways. She is a mother and grandmother and is grateful for the opportunity to have such a love-filled and on-purpose life.

Niema Lightseed
Niema Lightseed is a poet and priestess of the new paradigm dedicated to inviting personal and collective transformation through embodiment education, language, art, and ritual.
An artist since childhood (BFA Theatre Performance, Roosevelt University) and a healing professional since 2004, she writes and performs medicinal poetry, offers therapeutic bodywork and creativity coaching, teaches about the role of somatic awareness in the liberation process, creates community ceremonies, explores the relationship between gravity and social justice, and seeks the marrow of life through a variety of meditative and creative disciplines. As a fat Black woman navigating the intersection of multiple forms of oppression while determinedly seeking the joy that is our true nature and living as art, she strives to create safer spaces where the structures we have inherited can be transmuted and the work of seeing, accepting, and celebrating the fullness of the human experience is possible.

Shiloh Boss
With a focus on principles of living systems in practice, Shiloh Boss is dedicated to bringing holistic awareness and positive momentum into the world of media-presentation, events, curriculum design, community building and organizational development. Shiloh shares an innovative focus on the healthy psychology of systems drawing from years of experience in Business and community development, degrees in Somatic & Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University, as well as certification in Spiral Dynamics Integral; Natural Design in Systems, Holacracy, Conscious Evolution and Permaculture. Her efforts bring coherence and healing change into the personal and collective learning process of teams and community through group endeavor, inquiry, strategic planning, graphic recording, systems design, governance protocols, contemplative practices, and dialogue.
As a vanguard for the emerging world, Shiloh works in collaborative teams that craft a positive future for us all. Her recent works include strategy, brand, program and asset development for the Regenerative Community Initiative; a groundbreaking endeavor facilitating local empowerment and resiliency through sustainable enterprise development, full spectrum financing, and holistic city planning to make way for a Sustainable Community Partnership Bank model. Her facilitation and design process for Tribal Convergence Network, a movement to connect thousands of international visionary leaders over the span of 4 years. She consults in self-organizing governance practices and business development with an integrated design team of eco-resorts, education centers, and eco-oriented enterprises, designing and facilitating the leadership retreat and training for an action based educational leadership teams, as well as working as an executive team-member in the program direction and organizational development of The Gene Keys, a global learning community based on conscious evolution and epigenetics.

Tru Osborne
is an electrifying entertainer from Harlem, NY. His sound is a powerful eclectic blend of soul, gospel, jazz, hip hop, and funk music. Having served the indie music industry since the age of three, Tru is a timeless trailblazer bridging musical gaps between what was, what is, and what will be. After receiving his music degree from the nation's oldest HBCU, Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, Tru has committed himself to become an influential voice for emerging artists globally.
Recently, Tru has begun working on his debut project, set to be released in the fall of 2020 while simultaneously performing at major stages and festivals like S.O.B's and Burning Man. When he is not sharing his gifts with the world, he is building a creative community as a certified life coach alongside his muse, BelRaye Osborne, and his two children, (son) Titan & (daughter) Thunder Osborne. Tru believes that all art should reflect the lives we live and be a witness to the greatness of humanity. He is inspired by vocal greats such as Marvin Gaye, Prince, James Brown, and Bilal.
